Our enrollment process begins with downloading our enrollment package and filling out all of the necessary forms.

Once you've taken a tour of our school, we will leave it up to you to decide whether Abracadabra is a good fit for your family.  If there is not a slot readily available in your child's classroom, we will gladly add you to our waitlist.  There is a non-refundable fee of $75.00 to be added to the waitlist. 

 

This form does not guarantee placement at the center.  Children on the waitlist will be required to reapply the following school-year, but will not be required to pay an additional waitlist fee. We strive to offer affordable childcare in an ever-evolving and very competitive market. 

 

REGISTRATION FEE

Abracadabra requires a non-refundable registration fee of $400 dollars.  Monthly rates listed below:

TUITION & RELATED FEES

Tuition is due on the first of every month.  Parents pay tuition through Brightwheel, and have the option to pay through credit card, bank withdraw, or autopay.  

*All tuition rates are subject to an increase yearly.

• $1575/month- Munchkins & Elves Classrooms (Age 2-3) 

• $1475/month- Wizards & Magicians Classrooms (Age 3-4)

• $1475/month- Genies & Giants Classrooms (Age 4-5)

• $175 annual activity fee (added to your first bill of the school year)

• $35 return check fee

**10% discount for 2 or more children enrolled and military families.

 

ABSENCES

There is no reduction in tuition for absences/illness, inclement weather or teacher training days. Abracadabra is closed on all Federal holidays. Abracadabra does not offer pro-rated months.

BREAKFAST, LUNCH & SNACK

At Abracadabra, we promote a family-style approach to mealtimes that encourages community and independence. Families are asked to send in both a morning snack and a lunch each day for their child. Abracadabra will provide a nutritious afternoon snack for all children.

For added convenience, families may choose to order lunch through our trusted meal service partner, School House Grill, which delivers individually packaged meals directly to the school.

Please remember that Abracadabra is a nut-free facility. This includes all meals and snacks sent from home, as well as any food brought in for birthday celebrations or special events. Thank you for your support and your cooperation!
